Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant Established in 1992, CPC Recruitment has developed a strong reputation for providing a quality recruitment service to clients and candidates in the IT sector. From prestigious offices in Solihull we have built a team of highly experienced recruiters committed to delivering a service that equals that of the very best in the industry. We are looking to build on a successful 2006 and consequently we have an opening for an addition trainee IT Recruitment Consultant. Working under the guidance of highly experienced Senior Consultants you will be given the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the IT recruitment market with a view to becoming a full Consultant in due course. Initially you will learn from assisting Senior Consultants with their daily activity including cold calling clients, sourcing suitable candidates and maintaining the database with the eventual aim of assigning you a specific geographic territory to develop. We are seeking applications from enthusiastic candidates with a hunger to succeed in a highly competitive environment. Ideally a graduate, or of graduate calibre you will probably have some prior telesales or IT related experience. More importantly you will have first class interpersonal & communication skills with a willingness to learn.
