Document Management System Specialist (WorkSite) - Central Birmingham

Document Management System Support Specialist, Autonomy, WorkSite 8.5, Interwoven iManage, IDOL, (ICSE Certification Advantageous), SQL, Central Birmingham, West Midlands. A brand new opportunity has just arisen with a leading Birmingham based International law firm calling upon the skills of an experience WorkSite Support Specialist / Administrator. Working as part of the IT Technical Services team the successful candidate will act as the primary contact for all issues surrounding the usability, features and support of the Autonomy WorkSite Document Management System. You will work with all areas of the business to ensure that the DMS is designed, engineered and supported in line with user needs. the role will also include responsibility for matter-centric workspace configuration, design & setup of web based collaboration spaces, SQL table manipulation and 2nd / 3rd line user support.
We are seeking applications from highly experienced WorkSite professionals with a minimum of 5 years commercially gained legal IT experience. Your technical understanding of WorkSite 8.5 and IDOL must be first class and you will have an expert knowledge of matter-centric design (specifically related to Interwoven iManage DMS). Other key skills in your application will include: SQL, DMS integration, DMS Administrative tools (e.g DocAuto Workspace Manager) amd SMTP. Any experience of deplying Interwoven / iManage WorkSite DMS would be advantageous as would exposure to Business Objects and/or Crystal Reports.
