Project Manager, Online Assessment Systems, Examinations, e-Learning Systems, Business Analysis, Change Management, Process Improvement, Cambridgeshire. This brand new role calls upon the skills of an experienced Project Manager with a proven background working with online assessment / marking systems to deliver major integration projects to a demanding schedule. Working within a specific business unit of a large, market leading organisation, the appointed individual will lead large scale IT projects with a view to modernising systems and processes. A key element of this role will be managing the development and subsequent rollout of online assessment / electronic marking systems as well as responsibility for change management and quality management projects to achieve continuous service improvement. You will work closely with the business, analysing the needs of the unit to identify potential areas for improvement to existing business systems and processes.

We are considering applications from candidates with proven Project Management experience coupled with a background within an academic / online assessment environment. It is likely you will be educated to degree level with a proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget. You should be naturally analytical with the ability to understand complex business processes. You will have prior experience of managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers and influencing decision makers at all levels. Needless to say your communication, interpersonal and organisational skills will be first class.
