IT Test Analyst (ISEB/ISTQB) - Central London

An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a leading end user organisation in Central London for an experienced Test Analyst to join the IT Test & Quality Assurance team. Reporting directly to the IT Test & QA Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for testing and quality assurance on IT projects, applications, infrastructure and documentation. You will identify and define the required tests, monitor detailed testing progress and analyse results in test cycles. You will be required to evaluate the overall quality experienced by end users to assist with the preparation of test script plans and testing of software in line with set guidelines and standards.

We are seeking applications from candidates with proven testing experience and an ISEB/ISTQB certificate in software testing. It is  likely you will have worked directly for an end user organisation previously or will at least have had considerable client / customer contact. You should be comfortable working with test tools including HP Quality Centre and automated test tools i.e. Visual Studio. There will be considerable contact with end users as part of the role and therefore first class interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Naturally analytical you will also possess excellent organisational skills.
