IT Systems Developer / Systems Support (50/50 Split), Microsoft SQL Server, C#, ASP.Net, Active Directory, Gloucester, Gloucestershire.  A brand new opportunity has just arisen with a leading International manufacturing organisation in Gloucester seeking the skills of an experienced systems development / systems support professional. The appointed individual will work as part of a busy team tasked with ensuring that the various IT systems (including a groupwide ERP) are developed, supported and maintained across various UK and International sites. The team ensure the effective and efficient operation of all hardware, software, telephony and reporting systems and the role will be split 50/50 between systems development and systems support. The development enviornment predominanlty consists of Microsoft SQL Server, C# and ASP.Net and support will be centred around Active Directory. 

For consideration it is essential that candidates have a minimum of 3 years commercially gained experience developing and supporting Microsoft SQL, C#, ASP.Net and Active Directory. Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing or similar dynamic environment and any previous exposure to PHP and MySQL would be advantageous. Candidates must be comfortable working in an integrated support and development environment since the role will include a considerable amount (c50%) of systems and user support. The client is offering a good basic salary (to £40,000) & benefits and this is an opportunity to join a well established global player.
