Application Support Analyst, 2nd / 3rd Line, Windows 2000/2003 Server, SQL Server 2000/2005, T-SQL, C#, ASP, .Net, Javascript, Haddenham, Buckinghamshire. An opportunity has arisen with a leading provider to the financial services industry calling upon the skills of an experienced Application Support Analyst. Based out of the Haddenham office with occasional travel to the London site, you will assume responsibility, as part of a team, for providing high level support services for a variety of applications. This will involve developing, testing and executing implementation procedures for software products, both internally and externally and acting as a point of escalation for technical issues.

We require applications from candidates with a solid background (circa 5 years) of providing 2nd / 3rd line application support to users. In order to be considered suitable the following technical experience is essential: Windows 2000/2003 Server configuration & support, IIS, SQL Server 2000/2005, T-SQL, Implementing high availability systems, C#, ASP, .Net and Javascript. The ideal profile would also include PHP, Perl, LAMP, Visual Studio Team System and / or Agile development methods.
