Web Team Leader - South West London Web Team Leader, Mentoring / Training Team, W3C, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, .Net, South West London. A brand new opportunity has arisen with a leading International end user organisation calling upon the skills of an experienced Web Team Leader. With day to day responsibility for a team of 8 you will play a major role in ensuring the successful delivery of the public facing websites. In addition the role will include responsibility for identifying areas of improvement to existing websites and enhancing the online presence of the organisation as a whole. In order to do so you will be required to attain a thorough understanding of the information architecture and will remain abreast of the latest emerging technologies. We are seeking applications from candidates with a background in front end / .Net web development and some proven team leadership / management experience. Your experience will have seen you exposed to a variety of technologies including .Net, XHTML, Flash, CSS, Javascript and AJAX. You will also be familiar with W3C standards. Needless to say, in order to be considered suitable candidates must be well organised with a proven aptitude for managing and motivating a team.
