Group Operational Analyst, Norwich, Norfolk, To £55,000 Plus Benefits. A brand new opportunity has arisen with an established financial services organisation in Norwich calling upon the skills of an experienced Group Operational Analyst. Working as part of a large IT team you will be tasked with delivering and maintaining an operational factbase for the business units and driving improvement across all core KPI's through process, technology and capacity management. This will involve the following key tasks:

- Providing analytical support and project implementation expertise to enable the development of the operational infrastructure.
- Building new and/or improving existing processes and systems.
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity for further development.
- Coach and mentor others in the use of analytical and problem solving techniques.
- Set standards across the group in creating the metrics and data needed to produce local reporting and planning requirements.

We are seeking applications from candidates with considerable experience gained in a similar role where you will have been responsible for implementing an operational factbase. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to implement process and technology improvements after identifying where it holds greatest value. In addition candidates should have experience of implementing lean or six sigma projects and managing forecasting in a fast moving environment using SQL / Brio and / or other data mining tools.
