IT Project Manager - Watford, Hertfordshire

IT Project Manager, Project Delivery, Prince 2, Full Project Lifecycle, Matrix Management, Finance Sector Experience, Watford, Hertfordshire. An experienced IT Project Manager is currently being sought by a major financial services organisation in Watford. Working as part of a large IT team on a number of exciting new IT projects you will be responsible for delivery of world class solutions across the full project lifecycle. This will include the following responsibility:

- Liaising directly with various business teams to identify requirements
- Chair project meetings and reviews with regular communication of stage and exception reports
- Plan and manage resources from operational and systems teams to meet project objectives
- Produce project documentation
- Manage budgetary objectives as set by the project board
- Matrix manage and motivate various people in virtual teams

We are seeking applications from candidates with at least 5 years dedicated project management experience and a good understanding of the consumer finance sector. Your experience will have covered the full project lifecycle and you will ideally have a Prince 2 Practitioner qualification or will at least be familiar with Prince 2 methodology.
