IT Service Analyst, ITIL Foundation / Service Manager / Practitioner, Service Delivery, Service Improvement, Relationship Advisor, International Law Firm, Central Birmingham, West Midlands. A fantastic new opportunity has arisen with a leading International Law Firm with over 4000 staff globally, calling upon the skills of an experienced ITIL qualified Service Analyst. Working with a variety of stakeholders from within IT (internal and external providers) and the business you will be tasked with responsibility for managing user experience, expectations and perceptions in order to ensure continuous improvement to IT Service Delivery.

We are seeking applications from candidates with proven commercially gained experience in a similar relationship management / account management role. An ITIL Foundation qualification is essential and ideally candidates would be qualified as an ITIL Service Manager or Practitioner. In addition candidates must have prior experience working in a quality focused environment (ISO9001, BS15000, ISO20000, etc.). Any prior experience of working with outsourced / managed service providers would be a major advantage.
