Database Marketing Assistant, MS Excel, SAS, Data Analysis, Data Extraction, Market Harborough, Leicestershire. A leading end user organisation in the heart of Market Harborough has identified a requirement for an entry level database marketing assistant to join their established IT team. Working as part of a focused database team you will be responsible for extracting, analysing and interpreting results of previous database marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will assume the following responsibilities:

- Analysis & interpretation of data from large scale databases and other sources
- Identifying where to target direct marketing campaigns
- Reviewing previous campaigns and making recommendations for new database marketing activities
- Provide decision support and recognise trends

We are seeking applications from highly analytical candidates with some commercially gained database marketing / analysis experience. You should have a thorough understanding of MS Excel and ideally would have some knowledge of SAS although this is by no means essential. Highly numerate by nature you should be comfortable manipulating and interpreting data and statistics.
