IT Service Desk Analyst - Warwick, Warwickshire (2 Month Contract)
To £12 Per Hour
Immediate Start, IT Service Desk Analyst, Microsoft Windows XP, Active Directory, MS Office, User Administration, Password Resets, 1st / 2nd Line, Warwick, Warwickshire, 2 Month Contract Assignment. An immediate 2 month contract requirement has arisen with a leading International organisation calling for a customer focused Service Desk Analyst to join the IT Service Desk team in Warwick. The requirement is for an individual with around 18 months experience of providing telephone based IT support to users. You will be required to log calls in a timely manner, resolve basic issues (password resets, user administration) where possible and escalate to an appropriate level if necessary.
We are seeking applications from candidates with a minimum of 18 months IT Helpdesk / Service Desk experience working in a predominantly Microsoft based environment. You should be familiar with Microsoft Windows XP, Active Directory and MS Office. This is an initial 2 month contract assignment offering a rate of around £12 per hour.
