Java Developer, J2EE, OO Analysis & Design, JSP, EJB, Servlets, Rational Application Developer, Eclipse IDE, XML, SOAP, Web Services, Struts, e-Commerce, Buckinghamshire. An excellent opportunity currently exists with one of the UK's best known retailers calling upon the skills of an experienced Java Developer. Working as part of the large e-Commerce team you will be tasked with developing systems which are considered vital to the future growth of the company. As part of the Software Development team you will provide the necessary J2EE expertise to various e-Commerce brands across this successful retail group. Key task will include:

>>> Translation of functional requirements into technical specifications to deliver a robust solution
>>> Providing key technical expertise on high profile e-Commerce projects in line with development best practice
>>> Participation in the delivery of entire complex systems or applications

We are seeking applications from skilled eCommerce Java Developers with at least 3 years commercially gained experience. It is essential that your profile demonstrates strong skills using J2EE, Rational Application Developer / Eclipse, Websphere v6.x, DB2, SQL and Java. You should also be competent in using JSP's, EJB's, Servlets, XML, SOAP, Web Services and Struts within a multi-tiered e-commerce architecture. The organisation is offering a good basic salary up to £50,000 along with benefits including a bonus of up to 12.5%.
