IT Service Desk Analyst, Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/NT, MS Office XP, MS Word, MS Outlook, Bespoke Application Support, Central Birmingham, West Midlands. A brand new requirement has arisen with a leading City Centre based law firm calling upon the skills of an experienced Service Desk Analyst with exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will join a well-established IT Service Desk team supporting the national and international user base. You will be required to provide 1st line and some 2nd line support duties over the telephone and remotely. Where a problem cannot be resolved you will be required to escalate to an appropriate level and follow through to resolution.

We are seeking applications from candidates with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows NT/2000/XP, MS Office (particularly MS Word & MS Outlook). Ideally you would come from a similar professional services environment supporting a large user base. You will be dealing with individuals at all levels throughout the organisation and therefore first class interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
