Job Title: IT Systems Support Analyst (1st & 2nd Line) - Teddington, Middlesex A fantastic new opportunity has arisen with a leading International consultancy calling upon the skills of an experienced IT Systems Support Analyst. This major organisation has offices throughout the World and is seeking the skills of an enthusiastic candidate to provide first class IT Support Services to the Teddington head office. The role will involve working as part of a team to provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to the business. In addition to supporting the business users and maintaining the IT Infrastructure, the successful candidate can expect frequent exposure to project work as directed by the IT Manager. We are seeking applications from candidates with proven experience supporting Windows XP Desktops, Windows 2003 Servers and MS Exchange (ideally 2007). You should also have a good undertstanding of Active Directory, MS Office 2007, Group Policies, Blackberry and Symantec backups. Ideally you would also have some prior knowledge of SQL Server 2005, VBScript, Cisco Pix Firewalls and Networks / Subnets. Any professional qualifications (MCSA, MCP, MCSE, MCDST, CCNA) would be a major advantage. First class interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
