Helpdesk Support (1st / 2nd Line) - Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire

1st/ 2nd Line Support/ Helpdesk Support, Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire Enthusiastic and highly customer focused Helpdesk Support Analysts are currently being sought by a large, established end user organisation for their site in Scunthorpe. The roles will involve working on the group wide IT helpdesk logging calls and providing first and second line support to users in a predominantly Microsoft based environment. Occasional travel to other sites will be required and you will be expected to be available on-call on a rota basis. We are seeking applications from candidates with good customer facing skills and the ability to support users of Windows Laptops, Terminal Services, Microsoft Office and various other software applications. Applicants must be able to record and substantiate their work using a helpdesk call logging system.
You should be confident in your ability to assist users with basic administrative tasks and solve any second line queries they may have.
