French, English, Applications Support, 1st Line Support, Customer service, Surrey. This role centres on the provision of a telephone and email support facility to users and customers of a range of Business planning software products. The responsibilities of the support team range across UK and French customers and end users. Candidates should have a good command of English and fluency in French combined with a solid customer service focus and a positive attitude to problem solving.Your task will also include elements of 2nd line support; translation services for the software; dealing directly with end users and customers; establishing and building customer relationships and adhering to SLAs.
