This is an ideal role for an individual with at least 2 years IT helpdesk support experience looking to acquire more 2nd line support skills. For consideration you should have some exposure to an environment comprising Windows Server, Active Directory, XP, Vista, MS Office Wired & wireless networks. Some exposure to networks is essential. The role will involve providing a 1st & 2nd line support facility by phone, dial-up and email to a variety of SME customers.Above all you should have a positive attitude to resolving support issues in a customer facing capacity.
