IS Manager, Business Analyst, Projects Manager, Information Systems Manager, Bi-Lingual IS Manager, French, Prince2, MS Project, LAN/WAN, ERP, RDBMS. Essex. This is a new vacancy for a bi-lingual (French & English) IS Manager/Business Analyst to commute regularly between Harlow and Paris. The role requires Prince2 qualification with experience of budgetting as well as a broad based understanding of MS Project, LAN,WAN and web based technologies.Additionally you should have knowledge of a combination of ERP, RDBMS, CRM and Data Warehouse solutions. Fluency in French is essential as is the the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the group in the UK and France.Candidates should have a proven ability to deliver solutions to time and budget in an IS environment.
