Senior Technical Support Analyst, PC/Network Support Analyst, Desktop / Network Support, 3rd line Support, Windows Server 2000/2003, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience support professional to join a small team where you will be encouraged to undertake a mentoring role for junior technicians. The post calls for a technical profile with flexibility to respond to whatever is required - from fault resolution by telephone to 3rd line support to hands-on server builds.For consideration you will need solid experience in Windows Server 2000/2003, Active Directory, MS Exchange and ideally VMware and Citrix.
