You should have at least 2 years proven recruitment experience in any recruitment disclipline.  We will consider experience gained in permanent, contract or temporary recruitment. The most important considerations are your enthusiasm for the challenge coupled with the self motivation and confidence to capitalise on an exciting new venture.
