Research has shown that IT contractors attach most importance to being paid promptly by recruitment businesses.  In this respect CPC has an unblemished reputation and our contractors invoices are paid on the due date without exception.

Our contracts are simple, easy to understand and have been approved by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), regardless of whether you choose to Opt-Out or stay within the Employment Agency & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. When submitting contractor details for consideration against a specific assignment, we apply careful screening standards to ensure an accurate match against the requirement.  Details are never submitted to a client company without first obtaining your permission to do so.  In line with REC guidelines, we always reveal the identity of the client to candidates we submit for assignments.  Our aim is to achieve your required daily rate whilst working within the clients budget.

We recommend that contractors wishing to work through CPC establish a Limited Company or utilise the services of a reputable Umbrella Company.  We have established relationships with a number of Umbrella Companies and we will always be pleased to point first time contractors in the right direction. Limited Company Contractors should be aware that CPC does not work with Managed Service Companies (MSCs) following the recent introduction of new Government legislation.
